Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville-South/St. Johns Ctr.

We’re going to be here for a while unfortunately due to our condo flooding. I just want to thank the Housekeeper so much everyone’s been very kind. I especially want to thank Jessica. She has gone way above and beyond to help in anyway possible and she’s extremely personable and kind. Thank you to everybody and sorry I don’t know everybody’s name but I greatly appreciate you Jessica more than you’ll ever know thank you so much.

So the room we had was spacious and the bed comfortable. I had traveled for work all across florida and I have stayed in multiple Hiltons. The comp breakfast this hotel had was amazing. Typical weak scrambled eggs but they had great bacon and pulled pork option. In addition they had this build your own breakfast burrito variety to improve the eggs. Most comp breakfasts at hotels are mediocre, this place shines and I would rank it in the very decent for what it is. Surprisingly amazing

Really nice area. Staff was really nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Building was clean. Breakfast was good. Room had been renovated, but the quality of the workmanship could have been better seeing as it is a Homewood Suites. That's honestly my only complaint. Everything else was good, hence the 5 stars.

Right across the street from Maggiano's so within walking distance of most of St Johns Town Center. Clean rooms, free breakfast.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The check in was quick, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. The kitchen was very convenient for bringing food and snacks back and the free breakfast was really good that included many options. The hotel was right behind a town center that had tons of shopping and dining options, as well as a Target in the same area.

Overall I had a good stay here. The location of the hotel was nothing but perfect, the price was reasonable especially for the location, and overall the hotel was good. The only 2 issues I had, which both have to deal with the same thing, were the toilet in the rooms. The toilets for a tall person is way too low, they should either consider installing handrails on the wall beside the toilets or get taller toilets. Not a major issue for the majority of visitors probably. Second, I was able to smell sewage the closer you are to the toilets. It wasn’t a strong smell but it is something you would not expect to have to smell. Again it wasn’t a major issue but it could potentially become a major issue if not resolved

GREAT VACATION SPOT! WELL BE BACK. We had an issue with our travel agency and the manager on duty handled it. She was very kind and polite. The hotel handled our situation very professional and stood by their policy and accommodated my whole family. It's in a very nice and secluded spot and security does periodic checks. Nice place to have a family vacation. Pools were cleaned. The rooms were cleaned and so comfortable. It's a very clean and nice hotel and so relaxing.
